Andy Ritan began managing single family homes in 1997, when he bought distressed property in emerging neighborhoods for himself as investments. He renovated them, leased them and created a property management process that is effective, efficient and respectful to all concerned. Andy's education and early career were quite diverse: A graduate of Miami University of Ohio and the University of Chicago Divinity School, Andy has served as Hospital Chaplain, Unitarian Minister, LAN/WAN/Voice/Video Engineer and been successful in Corporate IT Sales. In 2002 he entered the real estate business as a licensee and obtained a broker's license in 2008.

Christen started part-time with Ritan Property Group in 2008, obtained her real estate license in 2009, and has since taken on full-time responsibilities as RPG's Accountant and Office Manager. She comes to Atlanta from Danbury, CT by way of Kansas City and graduated from Georgia State University in 2010 with a B.A. in English. She enjoys the daily challenges of property management and appreciates the opportunity to participate in RPG's growth and development. Christen recruited her brother Aron to work at RPG, where they make a great team. In her spare time, she enjoys taking on new adventures and learning something new every day.

Lindsay joined the Ritan Property Group team in 2010 and obtained her real estate license in 2011. She works with new owner clients and handles adding their rental properties to the RPG portfolio. She also prepares the marketing information needed to lease our vacant properties. Originally from Ashburn, VA, Lindsay has a double-major in both marketing and management, with an extensive past work experience in the marketing and private event industries. Lindsay is an avid animal lover with two adorable pooches of her own. In her spare time she tries to spend as much time outdoors as possible, enjoying such activities as softball, tennis, fishing and boating.

Renata joined the Ritan Team in 2011. She is responsible for showing properties, writing leases, and guiding tenants smoothly through the move-in process. Born in Wisconsin, she came to Atlanta by way of Washington, D.C. She holds a B.A. in Sociology with a psychology minor. In her spare time, Renata volunteers at an Autism support group. She also loves to read, cook, and travel. She shares her life with her fiance, Ryan, and their Boston Terrier, Rhody Chompers.

Amy has been with Ritan Property Group since 2007. Throughout her tenure here, she has had training in all aspects of property management but her specialty is marketing. She enjoys researching and creating new and innovative ways to showcase our properties to look their best. Amy originally moved to Atlanta in 2000, from Alabama, to attend Georgia State University. In 2010 Amy obtained her Georgia Real Estate License. Since 2009, she has been actively involved in raising money and participating in the Atlanta 2-Day Walk for Breast Cancer. In her spare time Amy enjoys traveling throughout the South, bird watching, hiking, cooking, flower and vegetable gardening, and photography.

Originally joining Ritan Property Group on a part-time basis in the summer of 2011, Jillian spent the previous year working as a student affairs Program Coordinator at her alma mater, Agnes Scott College. She holds a B.A. In Political Science but is a history lover at heart. In her downtime as an undergraduate, Jillian held executive board positions in campus organizations at Agnes Scott including Residence Life, Student Senate and the campus’ Living Wage Campaign. Jillian uses the insights gained from years as a student leader and college administrator to guide her in her daily tasks providing answers and assistance to Ritan Property Group clients and potential tenants. Born, educated and raised in the Atlanta area, Jillian is an enthusiastic boot-camp exerciser.

Born and raised in Danbury, CT, Aron moved to Atlanta in 2009. He is responsible for customer service and general office support. Aron has worked in the customer service field for over 7 years. He anticipates obtaining his real estate license in the near future. At RPG he enjoys the opportunity to work with his big sister Christen. His hobby is music and he performs locally as much as possible.

Edna has worked in the multi-family side of property management since 1993 and brings with her many skills to the single family home side of property management. She started out as a leasing agent in the multi-family sector and quickly worked her way up to Manager, managing up to 500 unit properties located throughout metro Atlanta. She joined our team in 2010 on a part time basis and went full time later the same year. Edna shares her life with her husband Calvin and their dog. Together they have two grown sons and four grandchildren. Edna has a love for travel, music, and considers herself a lifetime learner and continually sets goals for herself and her next goal is to obtain her real estate license.

Originally from California, Hutch crafted a career of sales & maketing, graphic design and building. He joined Ritan Property Group in 2007 on a part-time basis as a handyman, while still working in the graphic design world. He quickly found his true calling - stepping in to rescue tenants from maintenance issues in their homes. When our sister company Church Street Home Repair was formed in 2009 Hutch became a full-time employee of that company. He performs site inspections, prepares homes for occupancy, and handles routine maintenance and repair. Hutch shares his life with his wife, son, cats and dog.

Naomi joined Church Street Home Repair as a maintenance technician in 2010. Naomi has lived in Atlanta since 1995. Her B.A. in psychology from Emory University helps her communicate with tenants about repair issues. Her past careers have mostly focused on various aspects of real estate including managing a realty office and working for contractors who remodeled homes in Atlanta and Florida. When not maintaining homes for our owners and tenants she enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with her family and cat.
