| Yes. Accepting electronic payment of rents attracts tenants with high credit scores and makes it easier to pay owners quickly. We have invested in up-to-date technology to provide electronic banking to our owners and tenants. |
| Yes. Ritan Property Group posts owner management agreements, leases, monthly reports, year-to-date ledger, and invoice copies in a secure owner account on our website. Owners may review these documents whenever they wish. |
The owner and broker of RPG, Andy Ritan, also owns a maintenance company, Church Street Home Repair, Inc. All repairs performed under a management agreement with RPG are contracted through Church Street Home Repair. Routine turn-key work such as maid service, carpet cleaning or replacement, painting, minor repairs, and landscaping are completed using Church Street Home Repair employees and contractors, all of whom are thoroughly trained in RPG requirements.
Church Street Home Repair also acts as a general contractor when necessary for larger projects such as HVAC replacement, roof replacement, septic tank replacement, tree fall damage, and other repairs or upgrades.
Owners are not required to use RPG and Church Street Home Repair for large projects, so long as the property is vacant and the owner orders, supervises, and pays for the work. For large projects on vacant properties, owners are free to obtain their own bids and use their own contractors if they choose. RPG's relationship with Church Street Home Repair offers owners an option for using RPG as a single point of contact for maintaining the home.
Payment for any work done through RPG and Church Street Home Repair may be made by major credit card or e-check at the RPG website on the Owners page.
