Why is the application fee non-refundable?

Ritan Property Group performs a credit check, criminal background check and income and employment verification for every applicant.The application fee covers this process and must be paid, regardless of whether your application is accepted.

What if I have a problem with the home I've rented?

We have a detailed Tenant Handbook (PDF) that describes exactly what to do, who to contact and how to reach them if you have a problem during your tenancy.

How can I pay rent ?

Rent can be paid in 4 ways:

US Postal Mail. Send rent by mail to: Ritan Property Group, ATTN: Rent Payment, PO Box 219, Avondale Estates, GA 30002.
Telephone. Pay by telephone using Payment Service Network (PSN). This service allows you to pay by electronic check or by major credit card (transaction fee applies).
Pay online. Using a web browser, pay rent by electronic check or by major credit card (transaction fee applies).
Hand Delivery. If you wish to pay your rent in person, go to the Avondale Estates Post Office at 15 Franklin Street, Avondale Estates, GA 30002. Go to the service desk, purchase an envelope with first-class postage, enclose your rent check or money order and ask the postal employee to put the envelope in PO Box 219.

NOTE: Rent cannot be paid at our office address on North Highland Avenue. Rent will only be processed through the Avondale Estates post office box.

I drove by 300 N. Highland Avenue and didn't see a sign for Ritan Property Group? Is your office there?

We have use of an office in the Sanctuary Real Estate office at 300 N. Highland Avenue, but our day-to-day operations take place in a secure location in Decatur. While we may occasionally arrange to meet with tenants or owners at 300 N. Highland, no Ritan Property Group staff is located there. Please call us at 404-284-2589 to arrange to meet.
