Rent may be paid in two ways:

Rent must be paid in ONE installment only. Multiple tenants on one lease may not pay rent with more than one payment, electronic or otherwise. Partial payments or multiple checks will be returned and late fees assessed. To make an electronic payment, please click on the "electronic payment" link above. Note that our electronic payment provider has changed. In June, 2010, we terminated our relationship with Payment Service Network and began to accept tenant rent payment through AppFolio. New instructions are provided on the electronic payment page. Paper rent checks are accepted only by U.S. Postal Mail and only at the address below. Make rent checks payable to "Ritan Property Group, Inc." If you use a check or money order, write your name and address on it clearly. ATTN: Tenant Rent Payments | ||||||
| If you wish to hand-deliver your rent check, please take it to the Avondale Estates Post Office during their regular business hours. You will need to purchase an envelope and a first class stamp. A postal employee will place it in our P.O. Box. The location of the Avondale Estates Post Office for hand-delivery of rent checks is:
