Why is the application fee non-refundable?

Ritan Property Group performs a credit check, criminal background check and income and employment verification for every applicant.The application fee covers this process and must be paid, regardless of whether your application is accepted.

What if I have a problem with the home I've rented?

Rent can be paid in three ways:

  1. US Postal Mail. Send rent by mail to: Ritan Property Group, ATTN: Rent Payment, PO Box 190, Decatur, GA  30031
  2. Pay online. Using a web browser, pay rent by electronic check or by major credit card (transaction fee applies).
  3. Hand Delivery. If you wish to pay your rent in person, go to the Decatur Post Office at 520 W Ponce de Leon Ave., Decatur, GA  30031. Go to the service desk, purchase an envelope with first-class postage, enclose your rent check or money order and ask the postal employee to put the envelope in PO Box 190.

NOTE: Rent cannot be paid at our office address on Clairemont Ave. Rent will only be processed through the Decatur post office box.

I drove by 160 Clairemont Ave. and didn't see a sign for Ritan Property Group? Is your office there?

We have use of an office in the Fidelty building at 160 Clairemont Ave., Suite 200 (second floor), but our day-to-day operations take place in various secure locations in the Decatur area. While we may occasionally arrange to meet with tenants or owners at 160 Clairemont Ave., no Ritan Property Group staff is located there. Please call us at 404-284-2589 to arrange to meet.
