In order to serve you better, Ritan Property Group has updated our maintenance request form effective June 26, 2012. The new form will log your maintenance request directly into our maintenance request dispatch software, AppFolio, which will reduce errors on our part. In order to use the new maintenance request feature, you must have a logon to the AppFolio system. Most tenants already have such a logon: This is the same logon you use to pay your rent online. If you do not have a logon, or have lost your password, please call the Ritan Property Group office at 404.284.2589 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will set up a new logon for you.
