How To Pay Rent
Rent may be paid in two ways:
- Electronic payment
- Conventional paper check by U.S. Postal mail.
Rent must be paid in ONE installment only. Multiple tenants on one lease may not pay rent with more than one payment, electronic or otherwise. Partial payments or multiple checks will be returned and late fees assessed.

Paper rent checks are accepted only by U.S. Postal Mail and only at the address below. Make rent checks payable to "Ritan Property Group, Inc." If you use a check or money order, write your name and address on it clearly.

If you wish to hand-deliver your rent check, please take it to the Post Office during their regular business hours. You will need to purchase an envelope and a first class stamp. Mail delivered to the Post Office must go to a central processing office before it can be placed in our P.O. Box. This almost always takes one business day. Ritan Property Group will accept rent as paid on the 1st day of the month if it is postmarked on the 1st day of the month and we receive it in our P.O. box by the 2nd day of the month. To ensure we receive your rent on time, it is best to pay online or a day or two early if you pay at the Post Office.
